At Ricoh Imaging, we stand behind the precision and quality of our optical equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully place the product in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards, to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned optics, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
